TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONTRACT
Villadbali - Villa Rental Agency, herein after referred to as “The Agent” acts merely as booking agents on behalf of the Villa Owners that it represents. The contract entered into is between the Villa Owner of the property and the holiday maker, herein after referred to as “The Client”. The contract is not effective until required payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to the client.

The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.

RESPONSABILITIES
Villadbali - Villa Rentals Agency can not be held responsible in case of injuries, death, or in case of theft, loss, or damages suffered by personal property during the stay in the villa or while participating in any tourism activity. Conversely, villadbali - Villa Rentals Agency can not be held responsible for any delay or additional expense caused by a problem or any event beyond its control (delayed flights, civil or government problems, or any circumstances linked to the weather or to natural disasters).

CHECKING IN AND OUT
Early checking in available for free of charge and subject to availability. Late checking out until 12:00 is available free of charge IF we DO NOT have other guests arriving on that day. Late check out until 18:00 will be charged at 50% of nightly rate, and after 18:00 will be charged at FULL nightly rate.
 
RESERVATIONS
If you wish to make up your mind or to wait until your airfare is confirmed, you may reserve a villa without down payment for 3 days. However, for obvious reasons, and in the High & Peak Seasons, this period may be reduced to 2 days.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
A deposit 50% of the rental amount must be received by the agent within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.

In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within three (3) days.

All payments must be made in USD.
Payments options are:
• Telex Transfer
  All charges incurred for Telex Transfer transactions
  will be borne by client.
• Cash
  2006 or newer, unmarked US$ banknotes,
  F series or newer only.

Deposit will be refunded in full less 20% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 1,000 USD, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for High and Peak Season bookings).

Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate the agent for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.

Notice of cancellation must be received by the agent in writing. Final payments are non-refundable.

Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the Villa Manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less the cost of damages.

COMPLAINTS
If the client considers that he/she has cause for complaint concerning a property, the matter should first be taken up with the owner or Villa Manger. If satisfaction can not be obtained, the client should then report the matter at once to our office and in such cases, we will do our best to satisfy your requirement in connection with the owner of the property if the agent considers the complaint is valid. The agent will not entertain claims lodged by a client upon departure or after return home when it is not longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.

Special event must be approved by Villadbali - Villa Rentals Agency.
